2. Goshuum – Pity The Great Engineer Goshuum is an exceptional offensive power, and its effect on all enemy units adds up quickly. Although it was first announced back in mid 2015, I thought it should be made available early on in 2018 during my “Ascends of Command” series of rankings. I talked prior about what went on with this change to how Jugglers was supposed to be used – it’s often said Jugglers were so powerful against the meta in Jugglers Rifts that I believed the game that was going to change the way Jugglers was played – because they simply weren’t being played as well as they really should have been. So my answer is – Jugglers are almost definitely better in Jugglers Rifts now.
